A graduate of the personal training fitness training program from Heritage College and NASM certified, Kristine has been training clients one-on-one and small groups, teaching fitness classes, and leading boot camps since 2016. Although she has always had a passion for fitness, she decided to make it her career after witnessing the damaging effects of a unhealthy, sedentary lifestyle while working in the operating room as a certified surgical technologist. Her goal is to help her clients take the preventative measures to avoid health issues and knows that the best way to do that is diet, exercise, and an overall healthy lifestyle. She specializes in helping her clients reach their goals, whether it's weight loss, muscles building, strength and conditioning, or endurance.
She believes that exercise should be challenging, but also fun because when you fall in love with the process, results will come!
